Franklin Computer Art

The students in our class have become comfortable using KidPix on our Mac computers at school.  We taught the children how to use the different tools on the program.  They are comfortable choosing a painting tool, choosing a line width, filling in color, typing in their names as well as typing in labels and titles. 
An extension to this activity could be to create their own Franklin story.  They could draw their picture on KidPix and type in the text below their illustration.
